Once you’ve located your nearest stockist, you’re ready to take your clean and empty bottles for refilling. Let staff know that you are there to refill so that they may assist if required.

Price by weight (100ml = 100g)

Some of our retailers will charge for product based on weight, in which case your bottle/jar will need to be weighed prior to refilling. Once the bottle has been filled it will then be re-weighed minus the weight of the empty bottle.

Price by Volume

If your local stockist charges by volume, then the bottle or jar is simply filled and charged as per the volume of the container.

A zero-waste refill solution.

Our 10 Litre Bag-in-a-Box refill products are shipped in a high quality, BPA free pouch which is safe, durable and 100% refillable! These pouches are capable of hundreds of refills and washes, which ensures that they will serve the refilling loop for years to come.

We use a 100% recyclable cardboard cask box to protect the pouch and make dispensing easy. The box is made here in Australia from recycled paper pulp and FSC sustainable paper. Ideally, these should be reused when possible, however, as they are made from natural materials, deterioration is inevitable and they can then be recycled in curb side recycling streams.

The 10 Litre Bag-in-a-Box comes with a reply-paid envelope for easy return of the pouch once the product has been used up! Just fold the bag, pop it into the envelope provided and drop it into Australia Post! Returned pouches are sterilised and fed back into the refill loop.
