What ingredients do you use?

Ingredients (Alphabetical order)

Castile Soap (Coconut and Olive Oils), Eucalyptus Oil, Lemon myrtle Oil, Peppermint Oil, Rosemary Oil, Sodium Bicarbonate, Sweet Orange Oil, Tasmanian Spring Water, Vinegar.

Our products do not, and never will contain EDTA, SLS, SLES, Parabens, Sulphates or Phosphates, animal ingredients, Phlalates, artificial colours or fragrances. All of our products are proudly 100% Vegan, Greywater Safe, Septic Safe and Palm Oil Free. Handmade in Tasmania by Clean Conscience.

How Refillery Works

  1. Once your order has been placed, your product is filled and shipped to you with a reply-paid envelope inside. Once you’ve used your product and emptied your cask, simply place the pouch into the envelope provided, and drop it into your local post office. Remember, shipping is on us! no need to pay.
  2. Upon receiving your pouch/es, we will send you an email so that you can place your new order if you haven’t already. Your next invoice will contain a $10 credit for your returned pouch. The returned pouch will be sterilised and fed back into the refill loop and a new product will be sent within 3-5 business days of placing your order.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment by Eftpos, Visa, Mastercard & American express. All card transactions are processed using our SQUARE payment system. We do not keep or store any information provided to us.

Where can I find out more about becoming a stockist?

We proudly supply local businesses with our bulk 10 Litre refillable casks. These are capable of hundreds of refills and washes, and will be serving the refilling loop for years to come! Offering customers a refill solution that is 100% zero waste shows your commitment to sustainability and sets your business apart from the rest! If you are interested in becoming a stockist, and feel that refillery would make a good fit with your business, please get in touch, we’d love to hear from you!

Initiatives that we support

We donate a portion of our profit to Clean Coast Collective, a non-for-profit organisation running Trash Tribe expeditions to clean up Australia’s most polluted beaches.

What is your return/refund policy?

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your products, please get in touch and we will happily offer an exchange or refund.

I've placed my order, when should I expect delivery?

We use Sendle Couriers or Australia post depending on price and coverage availability. Delivery times vary depending on your location however most parcels are received between 3-10 working days. If you do not receive your products within 2 weeks of ordering, please get in touch so that we can follow it up.

Other terms and Conditions

While we do our best to ensure that we provide information which is correct and up to date we cannot take responsibility for any inaccurate information or misrepresentation of materials on our website.

In no event shall refillery, its directors, employees and representatives be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, special, exemplary or other damages related to the products sold.
